Sustain Package

Location: Virtual

1 to 3 Months | 4 - 12 sessions

    • Seasoned project managers who may need guidance and coaching with managing complex projects, environments, dependencies and stakeholders

    • A personalized coaching plan co-created by the coach and the project manager on PM competencies that need development 

    • Two 15-minute emergency check ins per month to assist with fires or on demand coaching

    • Coaching on best practices to help deliver complex projects

Level Up Package

Location: Virtual

3 to 6 Months | 12 - 24 sessions)

Who is a good Fit for this program:

  • project managers who are new to project management or newly promoted and need guidance on managing projects in your new role

  • Project mangers who may not be new but need help building their brand and trust with stakeholders and leadership, and are looking for best practices to better drive projects and meet expectations

 

What do you get:

  • A personalized coaching plan co-created by the coach and the project manager on areas where there are opportunities to improve and skills needing development

  • Two 15-minute emergency check ins per month to assist with fires or on demand coaching

  • Coaching on best practices to help drive project delivery and meet expectations

  • Free access to project templates

  • For reinforcement, the project manager will have 90 days access to an on-demand PMP foundational training

  • Foundational training on the below competencies. More training may be provided based on the individual goals and leadership expectations

    • Risk & Escalation Management

    • Schedule Management (Microsoft Projects)

    • Cost Management & Forecasting

    • Stakeholder Management

Performance Improvement Package

Location: Virtual

6 to 24 Months | 24 - 48 Sessions

  • Who is a good Fit for this program:

    • Project coordinators and project managers who have been promoted and could use guidance transitioning into their new role

    • Project managers who are not meeting expectations and performance is not as up to part. We will help get the PM get back on track to meet or exceed expectations

  • What do you get:

    • A personalized coaching plan based co-created by the coach, the project manager, and the hiring manager on areas where there are opportunities to improve

    • Two 15-minute emergency check ins per month to assist with fires or on demand coaching

    • Project manager will go through a case study to measure comprehension and critical thinking of competencies needing improvement

    • Recurring touchpoints with management to discuss progress

    • A weekly report will be generated and sent to the manager to show how the project manager is meeting goals and metrics, attendance, completion of action items and homework, etc.

    • Free access to project templates

    • For reinforcement, the project manager will have 90 days access to an on-demand PMP foundational training

    • Foundational training will be provided on the below competencies. More training may be provided based on the individual’s goals and management expectations
