My Story

Xavier Billingsley is an Army veteran, founder and CEO of EH Hudson Consulting, a project management staffing, training, and coaching firm based in Chicago. Before starting EHC, Xavier spent over 15 years successfully delivering projects within the health insurance, construction and software industries. She worked her way up the corporate ladder starting her project management career as a project coordinator and worked her up to Sr. Program Manager. She has a passion for building project management talent and teaching project managers how to deliver projects proactively vs. reactively.

Bringing in XB to help calm the “program on fire” was an extreme commemoration!
